David P. Sturino

David P. Sturino, resident of El Paso, Texas affectionately known as - “David Sturino from El Paso Texas”, formerly of Kenosha, WI, at the young age of 70, gained his heavenly wings on February 18, 2024, at his home in El Paso with the love and support of his family by his side. David was a beloved husband, son, dad, papa, grandpa, and brother. Even though his affliction with M.S. (Multiple Sclerosis) is a staggering and debilitating disease, his faith and trust in the Lord was stronger, and was not allowed to win, He fought the good fight with Grace and Dignity David met the love of his life, his Baby Doll, Vicki Downie in 1972, and was united in marriage on September 14, 1974, remaining faithful and steadfast to each other for almost 50 years. David is survived by his devoted and extremely strong wife: Vicki, mother: Gloria Sturino of Kenosha, WI. children: Angela Merz-Sturino of El Paso, TX, Nicole (Michael) Konor of Waegwan, South Korea, Melissa (Sam) Hensley of Escanaba, Michigan, Cindy and (Samuel "Mr. Kranz”) of Green River, Wyoming, and David Sturino II of Colorado Springs, Colorado. 15 grandchildren, Ashley, Samantha M, Travis, Daisy, Gilbert, Justin, Tiffanie, Samantha H, Brett, Ryan, Courtney, Nathan, Brooklyn, Roman, and Osiris, and three great grandchildren. David is also survived by brothers, Dino (Christine) Sturino, Darryl (Jeana) Sturino both of Racine, WI, Duane (Gina) Sturino of Kenosha, WI, brother-in-law, James Schneider of Indianapolis, IN, as well as his mother-in-law: Bernadine Caranda of El Paso, sister-in-law, Debra (Randy) Decker of Colorado Springs, CO, and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends in El Paso, Kenosha and throughout the world. David was preceded in death by, his father George Sturino, nephew Spc., Paul Sturino, sister Doreen Schneider, father-in-law William O. Downie and two grandsons, Charles Hensley III, and Kevin Kranz.
